Fees for Services
Determined on a Case by Case Basis
- Dr. Cantley evaluates some forensic clients on a private pay basis. Retainers shall be deposited in the trust account of the retained law firm. The law firm will be responsible for distribution of the retainer and any remaining balance.
- Forensic services are not considered medically necessary, and therefore, are not billable to insurance, even as out-of-network.
- Clients represented by a public defender or a private attorney acting in the role of public defender qualify for services to be paid by Indigent Defense Services as ordered by a judge.
